However, we understand that there may be instances where our solutions do not meet our customers’ expectations due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we may process a refund in accordance with the following policy:

Refund Policy Guidelines

Hair Care Heaven retains the sole discretion to issue a refund for purchases made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us for exchanges or refunds during this timeframe.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide cash refunds.

Conditions for Refunds
